Terms & ConditionsMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking the ORDER NOW button. After you have finished ordering, click on CART or CHECKOUT at the top of your product page. Once you’re happy with your order, select payment option and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Australian bank cheques and money orders by mail. Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct deposit to our bank account, however, orders paid by direct deposit will not be fulfilled until we can confirm that your funds have received into our account. Terms At B4uGO we pride ourselves on our excellent personal customer service. If you have any queries or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Obviously your location will determine the shipping time. All orders are subject to availability. We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. If we are unable to fulfil your order immediately for any reason, we will notify you and you will have the option of placing the items on backorder, amending your order or receiving a full refund. Please ensure you supply a delivery address where you will be able to sign to receive your package. We recommend you supply your work address for delivery if no-one will be at home during the day. If subsequent deliveries are required additional charges may apply. No refunds will be given where goods are sent to an incorrect address supplied by you. Freight, Postage and Handling Costs Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include freight, postage and handling. Freight, postage and handling costs are added when you view your CHECKOUT page. All items will be shipped via Australia Post unless bulky where a courier may be used. Postage Costs – Information coming soon Returns If you are dissatisfied with your order, the goods must be returned to us within 7 days of invoice at your expense. Any payments made less freight will be held in credit for use at any time for up to 6 months from the date of original order. You will be notified that your credit has been confirmed after goods have been received by us and are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Damaged Goods At B4uGO we make every effort to ensure that our products meet your expectations and are packaged securely for transport. If any items arrive damaged we are happy to provide you with a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will notify you and offer a substitute of equal value. Any damaged goods must be returned to us within 7 days of invoice at your expense. Your Right To Cancel Once your order is accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation notice. The order may be cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of this confirmation. To do so you must supply us written notice (by return email of the confirmation notice). Any payments made will be held in credit for a period of 6 months from day of original order. If goods have already been dispatched prior to cancellation notification being received, our Returns Policy will then apply. Conformity of Goods We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the checkout. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for the padlock icon at the top and/or bottom of your browser screen. Once this padlock is displayed all of your details are encrypted to keep them secure by the very latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, which is the industry standard security protocol. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone to decode. B4uGO will never request information that is excessive for our purpose, and we try, with your help, to keep any information we hold about you up to date and accurate. We will never at any time give your details to anyone outside B4uGO. |
